structural back and forth, HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen

oy! structural engineer (grumble grumble), turning out to be a disappointment on multiple levels (and waste of time too) good thing everything else is moving forward at a good clip (including some framing)

HVAC this week, (after the decision on vendor is set), plumbing will be next week (if the local supply showroom will call me back), and the kitchen is going into the final strech (blowing out the budget as always)
