the house is breathing (and getting level too)

the structural work is progressing at a good clip and we're gradually approaching level floors... only problems is that the next phase (framing) is a chicken & egg scenario since exact placement of the walls will require a finalized kitchen design as well as mechanical (duct) runs

we need to make a decision on HVAC ASAP...

oh and I found more fire damage (sigh)
