it's wet out here...

well it's the rainy season in Denver so that means we'll have 3 weeks of green before everything turns brown again... that also means the roof of this abused house gets to do more than block wind and sun. So how did it stand up to the 6" of slush and 2-3" of follow up rain? well it's a resounding MEH.... as in 3 leaks that will need to get fixed ASAP! the water run-off also leaves a lot to be desired... I think i'm going to have to plan on teh new roof sooner rather than later... every day i see the house I curse the j**ka** that lived there previously

Oh and the structural engineer has been pretty responsive with the "new" revisions... we'll see what his "final" document will bring (baring any new discoveries) ...
