all the duct work is out of the basement (so the real fun begins) (starting next week)
Also both support columns in the basement need some serious work (as in replacement)
in the process of excavation for the pad we found out that the basement floor was circa fall (October/November) of 1937
I'm kinda hoping we can avoid doing anything more to the basement until the rest of the house is approaching completion (not sure if the budget will allow it)
the wall between the kitchen and the family room was opened up today (need to figure out stairs)
