Ugh! who reads the fine print except the inspectors... well unfortunately we have boilerplate new construction verbiage in the engineering package and the inspector refused to go along until that's changed so now we have a huge fire drill to either rebuild the roof and exterior walls or change a piece of paper... we'll see what gets done first but I think Ted's hammers are quicker than Rob's pen but my wallet is hopping it's the latter...

also... why does tree trimming have such a huge discrepancies in pricing? (60%) it's almost as bad the 4 bids for this project (although there's more known with the trees)
