cables, cables, cables... oh and unforseen items
well the four punch down blocks are removed from the house and so are the associated cables and the two alarm systems + all the misc cabling (ugh) equaling 2 buckets full'o crap!
I've planned out how all the new cable runs are going to happen (including termination locations) for 2xRG6+3xCAT5e+1xCAT6 (or two for the farthest rooms)
unfortunately we also have to spend more than expected on fire blocking (meh) and other associated work that wasn't in the budget. Pluss we also need to have a couple of do-overs for the HVAC as it relates to venting of the house (especially the 3rd floor and all bathroom)
the mechanical inspection went well (as well as the pluming and electrical) so only the framing is left and there's lots of prep work involved in that (fingers crossed for this Thursday)
