we're wrapping things up

3rd time was the charm... (although we still need a letter from Rob) so insulation is done and now we're hanging drywall (i really hope all the cabling we ran will be fished through correctly)




hardware is on it's way... (antique brass) and so is the attic fan and the final fixtures for the clawfoot tubs



now we just need to pick out the tiles for the 5 bathrooms (ugh) and order all the electrical fixtures (including fans)

the trim (baseboard, window/door casing, crown molding) has been selected (i think)



I guess we're kicking off our own debt fueled stimulus package here...
