cabling is installed (and mostly cleaned up)
2 RG6, 3-4 Cat5a, and at least one Cat6 drop per room (Cat6 can support 10GE supposedly since it's been tested to 500MHz)

we also have cabling for 3 alarm panels and lots of motion and glass break sensors throughout the house
insulation was installed unfortunately the inspectors have different opinions on how to do the attic... net net is it's going to cost us $200-300 more to make everyone happy. (i hope)
structural engineer is still a drag and on top of that we're not too happy to be removing the 120yr old silver maple in the front (sigh) but it's old and we need to remove it since we'll have a boom crane delivering the drywall on Friday (woohoo)
